Melon learned how to drive a stick shift!!
It was crazy fun...my new friend jon taught me on his car. how brave! After my first classes we are going back out to practice, this time in a bigger parking lot. I'm excited! Everyone else...you have been warned...

This makes me laugh. =) (You may have to teach me, after you're good at it. I still don't know how. Although I did do it once, in an emergency. It was not pretty. [By "emergency," I mean "we really needed Sonic milkshakes."])

Awesome! The inimitable Richard was my initiator into the wild world of the manual transmission. The last time I tried to use a stick, though, it went horribly. It was on April and Bruce's old Mustang.
